Happy Friday!
Have you missed me?
I know … I know … It’s been a little too quiet around here this week. With the weather being so good, we’ve been busy little bees trying to get a few fairly good-sized projects done.
I’ll be back to regular posting next week … pinky promise!
Whoo hoo! It’s Friday … which means that it’s time for another Friendly Friday!
Here we go!
Diane is the extraordinary woman behind “An Extraordinary Day … a place of joy and inspiration.” I just love her mission statement: “Why be ordinary when you can be extraordinary?” Her exuberance for life jumps right off the pages of her blog.
One of her blog features that I most look forward to are her “Joy Days.” If you’re having a “Debbie Downer” kinda’ day and need a great pick-me-up, Diane’s “Joy & Inspiration” page is THE place to go. Her most recent Joy Day post reminds us all that we have so very, very much to be thankful for and that each day, if we find and identify even just a few things to be thankful for, our day will be so much more joyful.
I first came across An Extraordinary Day through a Facebook share of her sun room metamorphosis. Isn’t is beautiful?
Diane has an adorable post on Decorating a Vintage Window … with a tutorial for making the pennant banner here.
The heart of her blog, though, is her series on “31 Extraordinary Days.” Not only does she share on a regular basis how she is living life to the fullest, but she also has put together simple ways that you, too, can go from ordinary to extraordinary.
This Monday is a very special day for Diane and An Extraordinary Day …
It’s her First Blogiversary!
From all of our readers here at Simply Fresh Vintage, we wish Diane a …
